GIMP: Tribal Tattoo

 I had a rough time getting the skin color to match through cloning. Otherwise this one was pretty easy.

 I was not sure what this one was supposed to even look like. I removed the eye and used the threshold feature to make it black and white.

I choose to leave the strap on this since it did not turn out well for me the first time, and just added a pretty flower tattoo. I duplicated the layers and tried to adjust to make it look more real.
